Vegan Travel – Coronavirus Update
01 March 2021
OPERATIONAL UPDATES
On behalf of the Vegan Travel team, we hope that you and your families are all well.
Whilst there has been encouraging progress made with several countries starting to implement a COVID-19 vaccination program, the timeframes for the roll-out varies significantly for each region that Vegan Travel operates in. The safety of our guests and crew remains our first priority and we are closely monitoring this constantly evolving situation.
However, the continuing Government travel restrictions, quarantine requirements, venue, attraction closures and extension of lock-downs in many countries, continues to make it impossible for us to fully operate our scheduled itineraries for our clients booked on vegan cruises departure dates to 31 July 2021.
As we prepare our return for September this year, we continue to closely monitor local and international protocols regarding safe travel and are currently working on a health concept for our future vegan cruises. There will probably be an option to join our cruises with a negative PCR-test or rapid-test.

Please be aware that it may take a while before we can get back to you.
Due to the lockdown in Germany, our office is still not fully operational at the moment.
Our flexible booking and cancellation policy for guests with a Vegan Travel Cruise, departing from 1 September 2021, is as follows:
All guests with a booking scheduled to depart from 1 September 2021 to 31 December 2022, have the option to transfer their booking to an alternate date without any extra fees.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to receive a full refund of your reservation, please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to arrange this.
We will continue to monitor the changing global situation and remain committed to doing our best to assist with your concerns and adjusting travel plans.
On behalf of the Vegan Travel team, we are here to support you during this challenging period and look forward to exploring our wonderful world with you again soon.Stay safe, please!
